In addition to IOA’s already existing safety tools such as Risk Score^®, the Restaurant Safety Portal and the Learning Management System, we created and added five more restaurant-specific safety training program enabling us to make a giant leap in the overall effectiveness of our restaurant safety program.

The best way to understand the power of these programs is to see them in action and see how they are implemented/used. The most common feedback we receive after sharing our programs with new clients is “We never had programs like this with our last broker!” The proof is in lowering or keeping low the loss ratios and preventing both guest and employee claims/safety incidents.
